Being located in Deira, the hotel offers easy access to public transport. As reported by past guests, you can conveniently get to the nearest metro stations and bus stops. Even the taxis are convenient to find just outside the hotel.

May it be the hotel reception, lobby, corridor or rooms, cleanliness is highly required. Guests have felt that the rooms and bathrooms are dirty. Guests also had to bear a foul smell that certainly disturbed their stay at this property.
The fitness centre at the hotel needs a lot of improvement. Guests have had complaints about the machines not working properly and the absence of a gym instructor or fitness trainer to give information about certain equipment.
