A number of guests remarked that they really enjoyed their interactions with the staff here. They were amazed by their knowledge and the friendliness they conveyed to everyone who entered their hotel was invigorating.

For those who want to be around the old city area of Istanbul said many of the attractions around the neighbourhood are nearby. In fact, a number of guests cited that many of the most popular attractions are actually only a half mile or less from the hotel.

Essentially everything about this hotel earned high marks from travellers - whether it was the rooftop terrace, the tasty restaurant food or the well cared for guest rooms. According to travellers, this location is well cared for by the staff and it shows.

Although it didn't happen often, there were some visitors who mentioned that the rooms can be noisy. Some people stated issues with things such as the air-conditioning being a bit too loud or their neighbours sounding too rambunctious. Overall, most guests didn't have an issue with sound at this hotel.

A few visitors mentioned that this hotel is economically on par with larger hotels that offer more space in the common areas, such as the lobby. For the majority of guests, however, the size and the price they paid for the hotel wasn't an issue.
