Guests were happy to have self-catering rooms and studios available to use, where they could cook if they wanted to. The spaciousness of the accommodations was also unique for hotels in Seoul which was nice to have.

Guests liked the small touches that made this hotel distinct and new. They enjoyed the modern technology used in the bathrooms, the hardwood floors, the fully stocked kitchens and the washing machines. The layout of the hotel is sleek and comfortable. The common areas are well thought out.

The staff were found to be friendly and kind to guests. They spoke good English which helped with communicated and greeted their guests in a genuine polite manner. They mention the staff were also warm and called for transportation or tours for them.

Guests found the location to be average to their needs. They felt the walk to the metro station to be too long and for the shopping and restaurants to be further away from the hotel. It was not as convenient as they thought.

Guests felt the housekeeping could improve its way of cleaning as they felt it was done in a rushed manner. They found this because their toiletries were not replenished daily. Sometimes the trash was not picked up if guests stayed there for more than a couple of days.

Guests felt the food in the mornings was limited and of poor quality. They would have liked to have a better morning option, especially since it was a little expensive. The taste of the food did not warrant the price.
