This hotel is very well taken care of by the housekeeping staff. It is in spotless condition making it ideal for those that are travelling with children. You'll notice that the place is a bit old but they keep it very clean.
The hotel is set in the hills not too far from the beach. It's very quiet around here, and it's perfect for getting some time to yourself. There are plenty of loungers by the pool so you can take it easy sipping cool drinks and reading a book.
The people that work at the bar here really will bend over backwards to help you out no matter what your request is. They are doing a great job and make everyone feel welcome. There is no job too big or too small, and they even try their best to remember everyone's names.
There have been some guests that felt a little frustrated that they had gone for the all-inclusive package as they felt that the food wasn't up to much. They said they would have preferred to have eaten out each night and come back to the hotel for drinks only.
If you tip well, then you will have no trouble at this hotel. But some of the staff that work at the front desk aren't too bothered about being polite unless you tip them. It's perhaps expected here but is still a little strange to visitors from the UK.
This place looks lovely in the photos and it probably once was a beautiful place, but it's getting worn around the edges so much so that some guests wonder how it is a three-star hotel.
