High Tea? Yes, Please!
While the quality of the food and views afforded guests at Wilfred's is undeniable, many love the more laid-back atmosphere to be found at Zoe's Lounge. 'High-Tea' is an inexpensive and deliciously different time of day, with traditional teapots and platters of scones providing a very British experience!

Not All Rooms Are As Amazing
While the vast majority of the rooms at this hotel are to guests' liking, other reports suggest a variance in the quality between some of them. A few visitors feel that the hotel's older rooms are outmoded and cramped. Stains on carpets and musty odours are among the other minor issues reported by some.
negative:
Expensive Expenses..
Some guests are unhappy at the additional charges incurred during their stay. Parking charges are a recurring bone of contention, with many feeling that the relatively high (though competitive) room rate ought to include this service. Over-priced in-room drinks and snacks provide a nasty shock for some come check-out time!

Ear-Plugs Suggested for Light-Sleepers
While the majority of visitors enjoy a blissful night's rest in unparalleled comfort, some light-sleepers are not so lucky. Badly soundproofed rooms do little to insulate noise from adjoining rooms and corridors, while loud AC units and gushing water pipes inside the room have led to room-change requests from some sound-sensitive souls.
