The former old factory is in an industrial zone and a good ways from the centre. It's not the most lively area, which can be expected in a former factory area. Thankfully the transportation is not far and you can easily get away. The courtyard can get noisy sometimes too. Thankfully, the hotel has good soundproofing when the windows are closed.
The on-site restaurant is closed on the weekends. If you arrive during this time you won't find anything to feed your hunger cravings. Luckily, there are a few good restaurants within walking distance to the hotel.
