Guests were very happy with the location of the aparthotel as it is conveniently located close to major shopping outlets and local places of interest. It is near a mall and a bookstore. Guests could also try out local restaurants with good menus. The best part was that the aparthotel is less than five minutes’ walk to a movie theater. All the history enthusiasts could visit the National Heritage Museum which is only five miles away from the aparthotel.
All the staff members were very thoughtful and courteous. They were very informative and helped the foreign guests plan their sight-seeing itinerary. The front desk staff is good at listening to all the concerns that the guests have and coming out with prompt solutions to each one of them.
Most of the guests agreed to the fact that the stay in these suites was quite affordable. It had all the basic amenities to ensure a good stay. This aparthotel was a good place for guests who were traveling with their pets. Pets like cats and dogs are allowed here at very minimal charges.
Wi-Fi connection was very sluggish and kept disconnecting time and again. Complimentary Wi-Fi is not of much use if it does not work as per many guests.
Breakfast is ‘grab and go’ which has a very limited spread. It included coffee, granola bars, muffins and apples.
Bathrooms were very dirty. There was hair behind the toilet seat, sink and tub. The floors looked dirty and grubby with a musty smell say guests.
