The Exotica Hotel lies on the hillside in the outskirts of the seaside resort of Golden Sands. It is very close to the bus stop "Journalist". The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the nearest beach .The resort centre is approximately 1.5 kilometres away and can easily be reached by the shuttle bus service. There are numerous boutiques, bars and restaurants in close vicinity. This newly-built 4-floor hotel offers a total of 17 rooms and 10 suites. The rooms are well equipped with TV set, telephone, mini bar, bathroom with a shower.
