The reception staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Those working at the hotel ensure that their guests’ needs are fully catered to and work very hard. This is a family-run hotel and their warmth and helpfulness ensures a welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel is kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping staff. The rooms are attended to on a daily basis and the towels are replaced daily. It is a pleasure to find that the hotel maintains its typical old Italian style without its cleanliness being compr

Some found the breakfast served wasn’t particularly inspiring. It is an average continental breakfast, but does include eggs. There is a wonderful bakery and ice cream shop next door to the hotel as a good alternative.

There isn’t a huge amount of parking available for guests and this should be booked in advance. A parking space isn’t included in the room fee and is payable at a daily rate. Wi-Fi access must also be paid for and this is only available in the lobby.

The hotel pool is on the small side and allows only up to twenty people on the sun loungers around it. Some rooms are spacious, however those which are smaller, verge on being tiny. The showers in these small rooms can be similarly small and cramped.
