The owners are the type of welcoming and gracious hosts that everyone wishes they encountered wherever they stay. They're warm and personable, like to chat with guests to know a bit about them, and to share stories of the hotel and the area. Their dog also receives compliments from people who have stayed here!

The breathtaking scenery that surrounds the hotel is echoed inside, with the lavish décor that makes it easy to forget about home for the time that you are there. There's a tranquil, opulent feel to the entire house that perfectly complements the luscious views from the rooms.

Guests are very pleased when they check into the rooms and see everything and more that they were expecting. Vibrant décor, cosy and comfortable furniture, and bright, clean fixtures provide a wonderful experience to your travels.

There's no lift, so if stairs may be a problem, try to bring this to attention at reservations, or before checking in. The steps are steep and present challenges for those with mobility issues, and for toting heavy luggage.

A minor grievance, nevertheless, the shower pressure isn't always steady and as guests prefer. You may have to take a shorter shower than you would like, so keep this in mind, or take a bath if possible.
