Everyone at the hotel tries their best to make sure that you are enjoying your stay. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, they are all eager to help and willing to offer advice on the local area.

The food on offer is said to be cooked to perfection, and you can choose to eat in either the restaurant, the lounge, or even the pub. There aren't many three-star hotels that offer so many dining options in this price range.

The rooms at the hotel are compact as all city hotels are, but they are extremely well-equipped. The beds are super comfy and the bathrooms big and clean. You even get a really nice coffee pot for your morning caffeine fix.

For a hotel that is not exactly cheap, you'd expect to have breakfast included in your room rate. Unfortunately, this hotel has no such offer. Some guests feel that a free continental option could be offered at no significant cost to the hotel.

Guests have noted that there seems to be a problem with the heating and air conditioning controls as they failed to find a comfortable setting for either. This might seem like a minor issue but if you are cold in your room and trying to sleep, it could be very uncomfortable.

It seems that a few guests have noticed strange odors throughout the hotel, and while they aren't to be found everywhere, they are not what you expect. Perhaps they need to invest in some new air fresheners for the public areas.
