The location of this hotel pleased previous guests. The beautiful white sand of Patong Beach is just a relaxing five-minute stroll away, while Jungceylon Shopping Centre and the colourful nightlife district in Bangla Road are even nearer to this place.
Guests liked the relaxing vibe of the on-site rooftop pool. There are cabanas where guests can lounge while the swimming pool is very refreshing. Moreover, guests can have nice drinks from the pool bar where a wide range of drinks, from juices to cocktails and wines are being served.
This affordable accommodation is a go-to place of people who are budget conscious. Guests suggested that this hotel is perfect for those who are budgeting but at the same time would want to be at the centre of attractions.
Guests commented that the floor of this hotel does not look nice and needs major renovation. It is still without tiles, carpet, or even mat. Thus, it looks ugly and is not suitable for a hotel setting. It would be best if the management will put ceramic, marble, or even carpet to make it look better.
The lack of some basic in-room facilities disappointed the guests. Rooms don't have facilities like water boiler, hair dryer and slippers. So, if you want to make coffee, you need to bring your glass down to the receptionist and ask for hot water. In addition, some wardrobes have no doors left.
Staff in this hotel, including the receptionist, does not speak English well. This has been one of the major setbacks the guests experienced because they cannot communicate requests and address their questions properly.
