Guests appreciated the 24-hour front desk at the hotel, and loved the fact that, even though this is a little bit of a commercial area, it was still safe to take a stroll after dinner. You can be sure the front desk staff will be waiting to welcome you back with a smile.
There are at least two metro stations within an easy walk from the hotel, and travellers found they could get to just about anywhere they needed to go in Hong Kong's city centre from there. If you need a taxi from the hotel, the staff will gladly assist with arrangements.
Most visitors found the rooms to be well-kept, and were impressed with the house-keeping staff. Apartments were described as current, with modern, yet comfortable furniture. Even the complimentary vanities in the bathrooms were rather unique.
If you are in a group of six or eight guests at a time, the rooms do get a little cramped, and many guests said they should have booked two rooms instead. Although there are two or three sets of bunk beds, guests still struggled to find enough space for everyone to relax.
