The hotel was found to be in a tranquil area and surrounded by beautiful gardens. Guests enjoyed the nice pools with ocean views. The pool and common areas were found to be tranquil and peaceful.

The buffet style breakfast had plenty of choices available for guests who enjoyed their morning meal. There were cook to order options and hot beverages. Most guests appreciated the variety available.

The rooms were found to be clean and spacious by many guests who stayed here. They enjoyed the big-sized beds and the comfortable mattresses. The rooms were clean thoroughly and each day. Most rooms found the rooms to have ocean views.

The hotel was found to be in need of more staff members that are better trained and professional. Guests felt the staff needed to be quicker and more prone to helping guests with their requests. The staff also lacked English skills.

Guests thought the hotel food was overpriced as they were able to go across the street and buy the same items for a lower rate. The beverages were also expensive and guests did not like the high rates of the restaurants and bars.

Guests did not enjoy that the beach by the hotel was not really one where you can swim. It was murky and had a low tide, with a constant ship noise. The hotel is also far away from a particular attraction and taxis were not cheap.
