Comfort Inn & Suites, Odessa I-20

The hotel is primarily distinguished by its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, who consistently receive high praise for their attentiveness and positive attitude, significantly enhancing the guest experience. Despite some reports of the property showing its age, many guests found the rooms to be generally clean and the overall atmosphere quiet, even with its proximity to a major highway. This combination makes the hotel a suitable choice for airport travelers seeking convenient access, families looking for a functional and welcoming base, and short-stay travelers desiring a straightforward and pleasant stay. To ensure a smoother experience, guests are advised to confirm the pool's operational status prior to arrival, as its closure was a recurring disappointment for many, particularly those with children. Additionally, utilizing the Do Not Disturb sign is recommended to manage housekeeping visits and ensure privacy during your stay.
