Guests loved the modern and cosy rooms with excellent facilities. With its breathtaking location and stunning views, comfortable heated rooms, spa and Jacuzzi, free bikes, onsite bar and restaurant, garden terrace and friendly staff. It gives a relaxing stay and the price is good according to the facilities provided.
The helpful and informative staff at the Hotel Chalet Swiss is always willing to help with the guests inquiries and their friendly disposition is quite liked by the guests. From helping with recommendations on what to visit to solving room issues, if any, everything is handled nicely by the excellent staff.
Guests felt that the hotel is a very old building and it shows with old décor and dated exteriors. The facilities in the rooms are quite old too like wooden flooring and the bathrooms are also in need of an upgrade. However, everything was clean which made the stay wonderful.
Guests complained that the Wi-Fi connectivity in the rooms is quite slow and inconsistent and it is a big challenge to connect to the network.
There is no A.C in the rooms and the guests were very disappointed with the lack of basic facility.
