Positive Reviews
positive:
Rooms have large closets
Bringing many clothes won't be a problem anymore since the wardrobes are huge. They are extremely clean and look upgraded. In addition, the hangers are adequate in number, and if ever they run out, the staff delightfully provides extras.
positive:
Incredible saltwater pool
You must take time to visit the outdoor pool. The loungers are very cozy to use, and there is always a towel placed on it. The lighting is great, which adds a nice touch to your evening swim. Furthermore, there are small elephant statues spitting out water to the pool.
positive:
Central and strategic location
You just can't find fault in the hotel's location. You can actually walk going to Asoke Skytrain Station and Sukhumvit Subway Station. Moreover, the hotel provides shuttle service going to the main Sukhumvit Road.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Hotel can be a bit noisy
Centre Point Sukhumvit 10 can be noisy because of the traffic from the road. Some air conditioners emit weird sounds too. Thus, you are advised to choose the rooms on the upper floors and away from the streets. In addition, you can wear earplugs and close the windows before you go to sleep.
negative:
Basic breakfast area
The ambience of the breakfast room is not that fancy. It can be crowded during peak seasons. Thus, you are encouraged to go to breakfast early to avoid the huge influx of people. Moreover, the food is delicious; you won't mind the other factors at all.
negative:
Language barriers
Some members of the staff are not well versed in English. Due to this, minor conflicts materialize. You are encouraged to download translator apps, bring dictionaries, or construct sentences in the simplest way possible. You can also go directly to the front desk since the employees there speak English well.
