Hotel Carlton Nice (Nice, France)

The hotel was found to be clean by guests who stayed here. Guests were happy to stay in a clean environment that was kept clean on a daily basis. The hotel was a nice and clean atmosphere to stay in.

The hotel's location is in an ideal area for guests since it is close to the main train station and also less than a ten minute walk from the ocean. The museums and other attractions of Nice were a close range from the hotel as well.

The staff members were found to be nice and pleasant by guests. They were available on arrival and on check out time and would answer guest requests. They also recommended places to eat and drink.

The rooms were not soundproofing and therefore the noise coming from the streets and other guests was too obvious. The busy street with traffic or the construction was too noisy for guests looking for a tranquil stay.

The Wi-Fi was not working for guests who stayed here. They would have liked for the Internet to work in the hotel, especially in the rooms, but instead they saw it was too slow or would come and go.

The hotel was not a good value for guests who thought the accommodations were too simple. The hotel is suited more for business travelers, since there was nothing else besides rooms. There was no common space or on-site bar for guests to mingle.
