Apartment house “Bulgaria” is part of a complex, which consists of 6 separate, residential buildings. The complex is located in one of the elite, south regions of the city – Borovo quarter. Unique advantage is the small distance to the city center, as well as to Vitosha Mountain. The Apartment House offers four types of lodging - Business apartments,Family suits, Royal and Royal Deluxe apartments. All 46 rooms are made up of stylish living- rooms with dining-table and kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, but the Family suits have a second bedroom, and the Royal apartments have three bedroom. Featured in each room among other amenities are air-conditioning, direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, internet access, minibar, fridge, cooking facilities, tea/ coffee facilities, work desk, bath/ WC, hair- drier and balcony. The guests have the chance to select between three bars and eating places and one summer garden. A large Fitness and SPA center is situated in a separate building on three levels. There is a swimming pool,sauna, solarium and a grate number of spa procedures and sport activities. Office hall with capacity of 15 seats is available for business meetings.
