Many guests highlighted their attentiveness, willingness to accommodate requests, and overall kindness, from assisting with late arrivals to providing good advice for exploring the area. The check-in process was generally smooth for most, and staff were noted for their ability to assist guests with various needs, including injuries. However, there were isolated instances of negative customer service, with a few guests reporting rude or unhelpful interactions, particularly concerning specific requests or at the on-site shop. Despite these few exceptions, the overwhelming sentiment is that the staff contributes significantly to a positive guest experience.
