About Birnam Guest House
A warm Scottish welcome awaits you in the heart of beautiful Perthshire with fabulous walking and wildlife on the doorstep. The Birnam Guest House has been operating for over 12 years offering 5 bedrooms all ensuite, with warm cosy surroundings. The guest house is a grade 3 listed building, built in 1862 of Victorian origin. We have a selection of large family, double and twin rooms all ensuite. We pride ourself on local knowledge, with intimate awareness of all the best walks and wildlife viewing spots along the River Tay and surrounding woodlands. Our hospitality, good food, with fresh organic and local produce are renowned. We provide lots of free information and maps of local walks and excursions on arrival.
