Positive Reviews
positive:
The perfect location.
This hotel is so central that it’s just a ten-minute walk to the station and only minutes to the shops and restaurants of Cannes. You’ll feel that you’re in the thick of the action even though the hotel itself is actually quiet enough.
positive:
Big comfy rooms.
The rooms at the hotel are great value for money given their size and, of course, the hotel’s location. You’ll feel right at home in this hotel with none of the cramped in feeling you get in so many French city hotels.
positive:
Rooftop jacuzzi a great spot to relax.
Even though you’re in the city, the hotel’s rooftop terrace is a great place to hang out and take your leisure. It’s a wonderful addition to the hotel and is a great place to spend an afternoon unwinding after a morning of shopping.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Expensive extras.
The hotel is good value for money, but the added extras are where the owners make their money. From parking to breakfast the charges are a bit much for what you get. With regards to food, there are much cheaper options in the neighborhood.
negative:
Parking is a squeeze.
The parking is limited, and it seems that members of staff can park there too. It’s bit of a squeeze to park there but why bother? There is a cheaper public car park nearby with none of the hassles of tight parking and limited spaces.
negative:
Poor Wi-Fi.
The Wi-Fi signal seems to be the sticking point with most hotels, and this place is no exception. It’s really hit and miss so don’t expect to spend too much time lying in bed catching up on your emails or reading the news.
