Some of the guests motioned that they found the hotel to be reasonably priced. They got decent services and facilities in sync with the price they had paid. Furthermore, they enjoyed the food of all the international cuisines easily available at the hotel.
Guests reported that they completely loved the location of the hotel as Patong Beach is merely ten min walk from the place. They added that the surroundings of the hotel are full of shops, bars/pubs and restaurants where they had a wonderful time.

Guests reported that the staff at the hotel was very bad at speaking English or did not speak English at all, it only spoke Thai. As a result they faced a lot of difficulty communicating with the staff. Guests added that it was difficult for them to make the staff members understand even the simple thing such as asking for warm water.
