Guests praised the location of this high-capacity complex, which put them right in the heart of one of Phuket's most famous resort towns. In addition to being convenient for Patong Beach, guests were pleased to find that this hotel offers easy access to both OTOP Market as well as the clubs and bars of Bangla Road.
The sprawling pool area winds its way through the heart of the complex and indeed, many felt that this was this property's most impressive amenity. The swim-up bar was a nice touch and for those who had them, the direct pool access rooms were much appreciated.
Given its considerable size and the strength of its amenities - especially its pool area - this property proved to be especially popular with larger groups and families.
Many noted that both the interior and exterior of this property looked tired, worn and somewhat dated. Also, noise was a problem at this hotel, especially for those with rooms facing the adjacent Thanon Ratuthit Songroipi Road. For guests in these units, the whine of tuk-tuks was a constant annoyance. Also, many reported that the reception team here are unfriendly and even rather surly.
Guests commented that the in-room Wi-Fi connectivity here is slow. For many, however, ants were a bigger problem; these pests were sighted in multiple units.
Many felt that the breakfast here could be improved, especially in terms of featured Western options, which seem to be limited to eggs. A lack of bacon was consistently noted by guests.
