Astyvillas

Astypalae Villas is newly built complex of traditionally built villas, each having its own bright colour in doors and windows (sky blue house, pink house, yellow house, light green house, green house and blue house) just 220 meters from the busy beach of Livadi, where one can easily go by foot, to either relax under the rich sun, or find anything one may need from local taverns, to all kinds of shops. There are three kinds of villas: 1) One small house (dark green windows and doors) with living-dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bath, private garden and garage, for 2-4 persons. 2) Three maisonettes (sky blue, yellow and light green windows and doors) for3-4 persons. On the ground floor they have the living-dining room, kitchen, one bedroom with a single bed, bath and on 1st floor, bedroom, bath and terrace with beautiful view. Each of them has a private garden and garage. 3) Two maisonettes (pink and blue windows and doors) for 4-5 persons. On the ground floor they have the living and dining room, connected kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds, bath and on the 1st floor, bedroom, bath and two terraces with beautiful view. They have a private garden and garage, too.
