    Convenient location.

    Hyatt Capital Gate can’t get any better with its location. Located close to the ADNEC, the hotel allows you to explore the beautiful city and its attractions. Cafes, restaurants, shopping and entertainment, everything is in walking distance.

    The hotel has luxurious rooms, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, what else could you ask for. Past guests have had a memorable stay as they felt that the hotel catered to their needs of luxury along with comfort completely.

    Located in Capital Gate Building that is popular as Leaning Tower of Abu Dhabi, the hotel has been a delight for many past visitors. Guests have mentioned experiencing amazing views of Abu Dhabi and Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

    Delay in service.

    Guests did not have a pleasing experience at the on-site restaurants as they had to wait longer than their usual expectation to be seated and then for their order. As suggested by few of the past guests, this has been a bit tiresome for them.

    Some of the past guests at Hyatt Capital Gate had issues with the water pressure in the bathroom as it wasn’t good for taking a shower. However once reception was informed, the issue was resolved in no time.

    Quality of the food at the on-site restaurants has not been enjoyed by all the past guests. Some of the previous guests have advised that quality of the food in the restaurant can get better, even the food portion is comparatively less.
