Guests at this hotel reported very warm welcomes from the staff. The reception team in particular here are outstanding and seem to be endlessly helpful, assisting guests with local tips for what to see and do on the island as well as helping them to book cars and excursions.
The village centre of Ano Mera is just a few minutes' walk away from this property, but those looking to go further afield were happy to note that the main road to Mykonos town - a ten-minute drive away - is located just outside of this hotel. Beach lovers were also very pleased by this hotel's location; it may be set inland, but it does offer excellent access to the nearby beaches at Elia and Kalafatis.
You may not be able to glimpse the sea here, but guests absolutely loved catching a glimpse of the pool from their very own balconies. Finally, visitors also reported that rooms here were kept spick and span, something that just added to the overall positive guest experience.
A number of guests had problems with the Wi-Fi here. Some noted that the signal lost strength right over the threshold of their rooms and others commented that, curiously enough, Wi-Fi was strongest in the pool area.
While guests were grateful for the access provided by the main road into Mykonos town, a number also noted that this same road resulted in quite a lot of noise.
Finally, a number of guests felt that the breakfast could be improved here. Both the quantity and the quality of the menu - as well as the coffee - left some visitors unsatisfied.
