The hotel provides direct access to Seminyak Beach which no other hotel provides. It has one of the best beach views in entire Bali. Moreover, the hotel is located in the nightlife district with no shortage of entertainment options. Guest did indeed appreciate this.
The hotel’s in-house restaurants are a major favourite, with most guests especially preferring the ambience and food at the rooftop restaurant. The buffet breakfast is also great with all sorts of options one can imagine.
The hotel has spacious suites with a well-appointed layout. All the furniture and other amenities have been laid out in a very organised and appealing manner which left the guests feeling comfortable in their surroundings.
Guests have found the hotel to be slightly dated and old, especially the rooms and public areas. The furniture has also been mentioned to be slightly dated, and some upgrades will be much welcome, if the hotel has to maintain its five star reputation.
A lot of guests have complained about sewage smell in the hotel lobby as well as in some of the rooms. The foul smell has caused many guests to change their rooms and spoiled their experience at the hotel.
The prices charged at the hotel are quite high which didn’t match up with the amenities on offer. Guests did not really like this considering the issues they faced with some of the room amenities.
