Guests appreciated the hotel's location which is close to Eat Street Seminyak, other famous restaurants, spa and massage centres, shopping areas, bars, and convenience stores. The hotel is also located within just a short walking distance from the beach and Seminyak Square.
The large and well-maintained pool area was extremely enjoyed by guests, especially the kids. It has good size which is sufficient to the number of guests. Moreover, the pool area offers plenty of lounge chairs, great view, and nice size and depth-- all in a customary Balinese atmosphere.
The staff has provided above and beyond assistance to the guests and made sure everyone was enjoying their stay. They did whatever they could to please the guests, answered all their questions, and provide all the special requests from the booking process until the end of guests' stay.
Due to the slow and unstable Wi-Fi access within the hotel area, most guests were not able to maximise their stay. The Wi-Fi was quite limited to common areas such as the lobby but there was no signal inside the rooms or near the pool area according to previous guests.
Most guests were disappointed with the overall quality of the beds or mattresses. The beds were quite small especially the twin beds. The mattresses were quite dirty and either too soft or too firm, while the bed springs were old.
The breakfast offered was basic and unsatisfying according to guests as choices were limited and restrictive. There were only few options to choose from and it was not buffet-style. Moreover, the food was not suitable for guests who were travelling with kids and was quite repetitive.
