The Hotel ****Alpenland in the charming holiday village Altenmarkt, has a sunny location, right on the way to the ski-paradise Altenmarkt-Zauchensee, close to the town centre and only 2 minutes' walk from the free ski-bus shuttle. In the family run house, you lodge in comfortable rooms in Austrian cottage style, partly with additionally sofa beds for children. On offer are a rich breakfast from the buffet for a good start into the morning, a small but fine spa with sauna, steam-bath and infra-red cabin, free WIFI in the whole house. In the Stube with small hotel bar, you can meet your friends, have a drink or small snack for the appetite in-between. At the Hochnoessler-Alm we offer regularly during the winter season hut jamborees with live-music and entertainment and afterwards you can come down by toboggan the 4 km long and illuminated toboggan run. In summer the hotel is an ideal partner for group travels with an attractive program, accompanied by the host and musician Sepp. For groups the hotel offer half-board in summer.
