About Alpenhof Murnau

The Alpenhof Murnau is a 5 star hotel situated between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The hotel is in an elegant country house on the outskirts of the the town of Murnau, and was extensively renovated in 1993. It has 54 guest rooms and 17 suites and they include bath and or shower, WC, hair dryer, flat screen TV with satellite channels, personal safe, radio, direct dial telephone, internet access (DSL), bath robes and slippers and complimentary bottled water. There are also some holiday flats available, but please note they do not have telephone or internet access. The hotel offers panoramic views of the Murnauer Moos nature park and the Bavarian Alps. There are 3 restaurants to choose from although not all are open throughout the year. The spa facilities include a heated indoor pool, heated outdoor pool between June and September, sauna, biosauna, outdoor shower, steam bath, infared fit and health cabin, and fitness area. In addition there is a wellness and beauty farm area with facial and body treatments.
