Rooms at the hotel have been found to be really clean by the guests. They were smelling good and offered basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Bathrooms featured large towels and various toiletries.

There have been complaints by the guests regarding the staff inattentiveness and lack of care towards the guest problems pertaining to rooms and the service. Even the front desk was not much of a help in these cases.

There was only one hair dryer in the entire building which left the guests shocked and disappointed. Few guests found the size of the basic rooms to be small and moved to the upgraded rooms which were more spacious and had a living area.
