The ancient Farmhouse Il Fienile is located near the stream called "The Salarco", is easily accessible from the A1 motorway and is approximately 10 km from Valdichiana Exit for those coming from the north and about 15 miles from Chiusi-Chianciano Terme exit for those coming from the south. The Farmhouse, completely fenced, is fitted with automatic gate and has 7 indoor parking spaces. The farm consists of 5 independent apartments, each with its own kitchen or kitchenette: one studio, three two roomed apartments and a four roomed apartment for a total of 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 5 living rooms and 5 capacity for 14/18 people. Two fireplaces and an outdoor barbecue. Inside the fence there's a large garden with a beautiful green lawn where there are two pools, one for adults (6 x 12m), the other for children (3.8 m diameter). The property is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and Tuscany country. The farm produces: Vino Nobile (the most famous red wine of Montepulciano DOCG (Guaranteed and Controlled Origin Denomination); Rosso di Montepulciano (Red wine produced in Montepulciano); Vinsanto (famous Tuscan sweet white raisin wine); oil, fruits and vegetables. All organic fruits and vegetables in season are at your disposal for free!
