About Agora Residence

Agora Residence consists of 9 unique serviced rooms & apartments and it is located in Aplotaria Street, at the very centre of Chios town, in Chios, also called ‘’Chora’’. This newly renovated mansion of the 19th century features also a Café-Bar at the Backyard that serves not only the residence guests but also those who want to enjoy the atmosphere of an elegant building in the heart of the City. Agora Café also offers breakfasts and light meals with local fresh products. The building which houses Agora Residence dates back to 1890. It was the private residence of the Pissi family, well known Chian merchandisers, trading and exporting Citrus fruits (mainly mandarins and tangerines) to Europe and especially to Russia. Agora Residence is located at the heart of Chios town, in the most commercial street, called Aplotaria Str.
