    Globtroter is a friendly guest house found in the Krakow Old Town, 300 metres from the main market square, which is dominated by St Mary’s Basilica and the Cloth Hall market. An extensive array of museums, shopping, bars and restaurants is found in the surrounding cobbled streets, and both Wawel Castle and the trendy former Jewish neighbourhood of Kazimierz are less than a 20-minute walk away. All rooms are courtyard-facing, have en-suite bathrooms with showers, tea and coffee facilities, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and are cleaned daily. The 24 hour reception team can make bookings, offer safety deposit or provide tourist information, while Globtroter has a library/games room with guest computer, pool table and table football, a guest fridge and laundry service is available. Meals are not provided due to the wide selection of dining found within a short walk. Krakow main station is 1.2 kilometres away.

    Despite being found very much in the heart of Krakow’s old town, close to nice restaurants and two minutes’ walk from the main square, it is tucked away in a quiet location and comes complete with a lovely garden.

    The staff at Globtroter creates a great atmosphere with friendly and attentive service, and the 24/7 reception team can provide some useful suggestions on where to dine and help in booking and organising day trips and other activities.
