Ancient warehouses and community centers, the city hall and the local court: That’s the beauty of the city of Leer, the gate to the region East Friesland. Beyond the city you will be endlessly fascinated by the nature. Enjoy the relaxing hikes with a wide view over the horizon. The DJH-Youth Hostel Leer is one of the oldest buildings in the city. After its renovation it still offers comfort for our guests. If you want to stay at the DJH Youth Hostel Leer you need to have a membership card of the German Youth Hostel Association (“Deutsches Jugendherbergswerk”) or “Youth Hostelling International”. You can get a fee-based temporary membership on your arrival. Further information are given to you by the DJH regional association of “Unterweser-Ems” after your booking. This special directive applies additionally to the general directives of the youth hostel.
