Guests say the rooms at the hotel look very up to date and the entire property has a very modern feel to it. The décor was nice and the furnishings all appeared to be new and in good working order.

The hotel's complimentary breakfast might come as a welcome surprise to you. Visitors say the breakfast was buffet style and had a good range of choices available. The quality was also superb.

The hotel's location is very good especially if you have a family according to guests who say the nearby Aquarium is a cool place to visit. The Pirate's Plunder shop and Bayfront district are also a quick walk from the property and offer quite a few shopping and dinning choices for all age groups.

Visitors point out the hotel only has one elevator to take guests up to the high floors of the hotel. There are four floors at the property and during the busy times it could take a while before being able to get on the elevator according to guests. Most of the times this wasn't an issue, however.

While the Wi-Fi works at the property, Internet speeds were incredibly slow according to guests who add that even basic things like opening a webpage load took much longer than normal.

Guests say the housekeeping at the hotel wasn't the best and that it wasn't surprising to see them miss a spot here or there during your stay. While there were no major cleanliness issues, a few small things could be overlooked by housekeeping.
