Heston Hyde deserved five stars according to most guests. The rooms were spotlessly clean upon arrival and did not have any bad smells. Furthermore, guests who have been regular visitors noticed how the standard of cleanliness remained the same all through the years.

The property was recently renovated to suit the guests' needs. The rooms are big and furnished to a high level. The showers in particular they looked very new and have strong pressure.

There were times when only two to three members of the staff served hundreds of guests at the hotel's bar. Due to this, many guests had to wait long. The ambience became less desirable too. However, the drinks are worth the wait because they are very refreshing.

Wi-Fi can be used for free but does not work well most of the time. There were very few times when the Internet access was fast. Thus, you better have mobile data subscriptions when you stay here. Moreover, this could be good since guests could focus on other things aside from surfing the Internet.

The televisions have not so good reception. Some of them automatically turn off. Some guests had to unplug them and restart to make them work. If the technician cannot sort things out quickly, you can ask for a room transfer if this issue happens to you.
