Visitors say the accommodations at the hotel are not all that clean with certain things in need of a little extra attention. The carpets and bathrooms are in the worst shape according to guests.

There are two stories at the hotel, but there is no elevator to help you reach the second floor. Guests point out that you will need to use the stairs if you have a room on the second level which can be a bit of a hassle, especially if you have mobility issues or heavy bags.

Several travellers explain that the decor and design of the property is underwhelming and makes the hotel appear worse than it actually is. The exteriors are uninspiring and the interior decor is also dated and in need of some modernisation.
