Positive Reviews
positive:

You will be within easy walking distance of shops, cafes and bars and restaurants. The Malasana area, which has very vibrant nightlife, is only a short stroll away. With two Metro stations nearby, guests say that this property is convenient for everything they want.
positive:
No-frills accommodation is great value
Guests say that this accommodation represents a very good choice if what you are looking for is straightforward accommodation in a very convenient location for a low price. Guests who just want a secure place for their things and comfortable bed for the night are happy.
positive:
Clean and tidy
Budget accommodation can sometimes be lacking on the cleanliness front, but thankfully that is not the case here. Guests are happy to report that this hotel is kept clean and tidy.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No lift
The accommodation is on the third floor of the building and there is no lift, so guests will need to use the stairs. This is a struggle for some, particularly when carrying luggage. This property may not be the most suitable choice for any less mobile guests.
negative:
Rooms need air-conditioning
Madrid can get very hot in the height of summer, temperatures regularly reaching more than 30 degrees. As a result, guests say that their rooms can be very hot, even with the fan on, and so air-conditioning would be greatly appreciated.
negative:
Noisy inside and out
Guests say that the walls of the rooms are very thin and they are sometimes able to hear their neighbours. You may be disturbed if your room is next to the shared bathroom. The area around the property is also popular for young people to meet to drink and chat, which can also be noisy.
