    Casa Astronomului is a XV century building fully renovated in 2014-2015. The luxury double room treasures an impressive XVI century fresco. The fresco represents one of the liberal arts from antiquity "Astronomia" on one wall, and the legend "The Pelican in her piety" on another. The house was renovated in order to keep the old charm but also to have the living condition from a modern Hotel. Casa Astronomului is in the heart of Sibiu, 70 meters far from the Bridge of Lies, the symbol of Sibiu. From our location in minutes you can enjoy the restaurants from Piata Mica, walks in Piata Mare and around the old city walls. The Brukenthal museum, first museum in the East and Central Europe is 3 minutes far from us. If you want to feel and enjoy Sibiu's charm Casa Astronomului is perfect place to do it.
