If you are lucky enough to get a sea view room, then you'll enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean each morning as you wake up. The rooms are well-equipped and come complete with all the best amenities as a true five-star room should.

Many guests have noted that the food at this hotel is fantastic. They are particularly impressed by the breakfast that is served up each morning while the reservation only San Qi restaurant is often working at capacity which says a lot about the food.

The staff at this hotel are extremely well-trained, and you'll find that they all carry out their work with smiles on their faces. They will even refuse tips which is strange in Mumbai where tipping by tourists is quite common.

This hotel is a charming place but guests that have stayed in other Four Seasons properties feel that it falls way short of expectations. It's a five-star hotel, but it seems more like a four-star in terms of service, the size of rooms, and general décor.

Considering that this hotel is in a low-income area, it's a little surprising that prices are so high. The food in the restaurant is great but the prices are much more expensive than other similar hotels in the city.
