There are 2 leather sofas in the lounge. Extendable dining table. Electric shower over bath. Very clean and tidy garden complete with garden furniture. A convenience store, Chinese takeaway, fish-and-chip shop, off-licence and pub are all within about 80 yards. Lowestoft town centre is 15 minutes on foot; the nearest seafront, East Point lighthouse and Sparrow's Nest Gardens, are 10-15 minutes away on foot. Tennis, cricket and bowls are 15 minutes away on foot. A 9-hole pitch and putt golf course is approx. 3-4 minutes away by car. There is an excellent dog walking area through the dunes behind the nearest seafront, starting about 15 minutes away. An indoor swimming pool is about 500 yards away.
