On the small balcony you have a wonderful view of our mountains. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, cooking area, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, water cooker and a cozy dining area for up to 5 people. The large, separate living room with corner couch and TV promises wonderful cozy hours for two. The double room invites you to dream. The small bathroom is equipped with shower and WC.\n\nOur house is located in the green in a central location, directly on the beautiful Bregenzerache, in a side street without through traffic. Bed linenHand -u. Kitchen towels are provided. Internet access is via WLAN. We are a non-smoking house (however smoking is permitted on the balconies). A ski room with a boot dryer is also available.
