    This rustic-but-cozy guest house is at the back of our 2 1/2 acre country property. Located behind the main house, the cottage has it\'s own private access drive from the road. Tall pine trees grace and shade the cottage\'s private, fenced garden. There is an abundance of trees, plant life and wildlife on and around our property. Enjoy the large kitchen, watch cable on the 50\'\' plasma TV, soak in the jacuzzi tub, BBQ on the private deck, read in the flower garden, wash your laundry, and let your dogs play in the fenced yard. \r\n\r\nRemember us at \'nipomocottage dot com\' and check out our other rental on the same property at nipomoapt dot com.\'\r\n\r\nPLEASE NOTE: stays of 30 or more days are untaxed.
