Cozy and well-lit house, placed in the center of Manduria and along the road leading to the sea and the beaches. The house is located on the ground floor and benefits of an independent entrance from the inner court and it’s comfortable and an excellent solution for families with children and elder people. It is composed by two bedrooms (a double room and a single one), a living room, a kitchen (with cutlery and appliances) with balcony, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower faucet. The house is equipped, too, with air conditioning, TV, USB station and DVD player. In a 100 meters walk, guests may find: pharmacy, banks, grocery stores and various shops. For infants or children up to 3 years, a camping cot, high chair and baby bath are available. Over 3 years there is a sturdy folding cot with safety edge to be placed in the master bedroom. The house will be consigned clean with bed linen (double pillows), bathroom linen (towels and bathrobes), kitchen linen (dish cloths and tablecloths). There is a first aid kit on the bathroom shelf. It is possible to request linen change (7 euros per person) and additional cleaning of the house (30 euros). Guests will have access to all rooms, except for a closet and a wardrobe in the single room. It is possible to speak with guests in all languages through a simultaneous translator. I give space to my guests but I am available when they need. The house is placed in the center of Manduria, birthplace of the Messapian civilization, and it is positioned on the way to the sea. Street parking is free, but it's not easy to find a place. For this reason I provide a box for medium / small cars at a daily cost of 15 euros. Given the extreme centrality of the house, nearby you can find everything and walk around. For information and tourist guides the tourist office is 500 meters walk. Distances: beach 12 km, Brindisi airport 50 km, Bari airport 146 km, Brindisi 45 km, Lecce 52 km, Taranto 35 km. Other rules - In accordance with the current Italian legislation, all guests, including children, are required to present an identity document for registration - In case of late check-out, there is a charge of € 100 to accommodate new guests elsewhere - Respect the condominium rules that we put at your disposal - Do not bring bikes or motorcycles into the courtyard - Respect the rest hours from 10 pm to 8 am and from 2 pm to 4.30 pm - Do not introduce inflammable, explosive or irritating substances into the house - In the event of loss of keys, a charge of € 100 will be applied for changing the security door lock - Please, you are prayed to do the separate waste collection - Pay attention to your valuables, of which only you are the custodians - Do not touch the heating display, but contact me in case of need - Please, warn me if something should break in the house - We ask you to close the windows and the front door when you go out.
