Elegance East Hotel is an sophisticated four star hotel in Antalya’s old town only a ten minute walk to one of the town’s many beaches. This hotel is based right in the heart of Antalya making it ideally situated for those wanting to visit the town's beautiful sites most of which are within a thirty minute walk. It's also a great location for restaurants and shops and less than ten minutes to the nearest beach.
Guests frequently comment on how kind and obliging the staff are here particularly those on reception. They help to organise your holiday around your needs and will happily arrange any extra touches you require to make your stay memorable.
The breakfast is highlight for many of the previous guests. The hotel offers a mix of fresh fruit, European and Turkish cuisine which is served at the poolside.
The hotel is based in the centre of the town so expect some noise from the streets below. Guests have also commented that the sound-proofing between the rooms is not particularly good which is an issue should you have noisy neighbours.
The hotel provides air condition in all of their rooms but the units have not always reliable which can make a night's sleep uncomfortable. There have also been reports that the Wi-Fi signal is poor and that guests found the beds to be too hard.
A recurring comment from reviewers is that the photos on the website are not representative of the reality of the hotel. Guests have been disappointed by the standard of cleaning, decor and the pool in particular.
