Positive Reviews
positive:

If you are planning to fly from Frankfurt Airport, you’ll appreciate this hotel’s close proximity to Frankfurt’s main railway station. Guests report that the speedy train service to the airport, which takes only eleven minutes or so, is very convenient when catching a flight.

Professional staff
The members of staff at this hotel are described as friendly, helpful and attentive by guests who have stayed here. It seems they are keen to deliver a high standard of service and want to make sure their guests have a very pleasant stay here.
positive:
Clean and modern accommodation
According to feedback, the rooms are well-kept and clean. Guests also like the modern feel to the rooms and the hotel in general.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Charges for additional amenities
The fact that this hotel charges for the use of other amenities and services is not always a popular aspect of staying here. Guests were surprised to find Wi-Fi was extra given it is free at other hotels. The Wi-Fi is also charged by device which means that for several people in a room the cost can soon mount up. Other services such as use of the television, left luggage and a later check-out time are also chargeable extras.
negative:
Some rooms small
Guests mention that some of the rooms are too small for their liking. There is a selection of rooms ranging from small to triple, so bear this in mind when booking if you want a larger room.
negative:
Not the nicest of surrounding areas
As is often the case near major railway stations, guests mention that the hotel’s neighbourhood isn’t very appealing. There are reports of antisocial behaviour in the streets and a general sense that this isn’t a very safe part of town.
