    Several guests were very grateful to be upgraded to an executive suite at no extra cost. You will be able to take advantage of the double vanity bathroom, as well as the lovely balcony. Most guests loved the luxurious vanities on offer too.

    Heating units not up to scratch

    Quite a number of complaints were received by management regarding the air-conditioning units, where they were either too hot or too cold. Most guests just set the temperature the best they could during the day, and switched it off at night.

    Quiet a few complaints have come from guests who were pretty disappointed with the water pressure in their bathrooms. The shower just delivered no more than a trickle during the early mornings, and again from late afternoon onwards.
