About Concorde Deira Hotel -Formerly Golden Tulip Deira Hotel
The Metropolitan Deira is a four star hotel located next to the Dubai Clock Tower. It is close to many gold souks and the Dubai Creek. Dubai International Airport is three kilometres from the hotel. There are 80 superior guestrooms, 48 deluxe, 6 junior suites and 1 Deira suite, all are en-suite and come with air-conditioning, in-room safe, hairdryer and minibar as standard. There are several dining options at the Metropolitan these include the Al Riqa Restaurant (international buffet or a la carte), Summer Place (Chinese cuisine) and the Royalton Lounge (light snacks). For a drink or entertainment there is the Dublin Arms (Irish pub), which is the oldest Irish bar in Dubai. The hotel boasts a rooftop swimming pool with loungers, a Jacuzzi and sauna plus a fully equipped gymnasium. There is a complimentary shuttle bus to the beach located at its sister hotel - the Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa. There is also a ladies hair salon at the hotel. The business centre has a photocopier, printer plus Internet and e-mail access. It is open daily from 9:00 am to 12:00 midnight.
